I don't recall if I have edited any video with this GPU already (I just got it) so I'm not sure if it's the GPU. Search for jobs related to Premiere pro video flickering or hire on the worlds largest freelancing marketplace with 19m+ jobs. 0 being GPU accelerated now, if Flicker Free behaves really slow still.

Tried several things like only software rendering or deselect 'composite in linear color' in the sequenz settings.
This layer comes in with a simple cross transition and it flickers (only the incoming transition). It's what I use to render since my CPU has no graphics. The flickering effect is a little odd, it almost looks like someone is trying to turn up the brightness on the software and quickly reverting it, and it happens quite a few times over a span of a couple of seconds and then goes away and comes back. I'm experiencing an issue where my software appears to flicker for a few seconds and then stop and then after some time interval it flickers again.
